If your Telecom mobile is lost or stolen while you're overseas, contact the International Roaming Helpdesk on +64 3 371 0866 straight away to block your phone.

If you don't do this immediately, you will be responsible for all calls made on the phone until it’s blocked.

If you’re travelling by sea...

With our new XT Mobile Network you can still roam when travelling by sea.
